Terms of Service

These terms govern a merchant's use of Returnio, a Shopify app built and operated by Talivio Technology OÜ ("Talivio", "we", "us"). By installing Returnio on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms.

The service

Returnio lets your customers start a return or exchange from a self-serve page, without an account or password, and gives you a screen inside your Shopify admin to review and process what they submit. Returnio acts on your store within the permissions you grant it during installation, and only those permissions.

Your account

You install Returnio through the Shopify App Store using your own Shopify store credentials -- Returnio has no separate login. You're responsible for who on your team has access to your Shopify admin, and therefore to Returnio.

Fees

Returnio's pricing is shown to you in Shopify's own installation and billing screens before any charge applies, and is billed through Shopify. We will not change what you're charged without Shopify's required advance notice and your acceptance.

Your responsibilities

• The return policy you configure in Returnio (return windows, eligible countries, allowed outcomes) is yours to set, and Returnio applies exactly what you configure.
• You're responsible for actually fulfilling what Returnio records -- for example, physically processing a returned item once it arrives.
• You won't use Returnio to collect data from shoppers beyond what the app itself asks for, or for any unlawful purpose.

Data

How shopper data is collected, stored, and shared is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. As the merchant, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data and for your own store's privacy policy toward your customers.

Availability

We aim to keep Returnio available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not responsible for outages or errors caused by Shopify's own platform, or by services outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Returnio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talivio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Returnio, including lost sales, lost data, or the cost of substitute services. Our total liability for any claim relating to Returnio is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can uninstall Returnio from your Shopify admin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or don't pay applicable fees. On uninstall, your store's data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Returnio evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Returnio after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
